1. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed with The Peptide Company. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of them and of our research-use-only policy.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline any order, including where stock, documentation or compliance checks prevent supply.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in GBP and shown exclusive of any applicable import duties. Prices are validated on our server at checkout; where a listed price was incorrect we will contact you before processing. Goods remain our property until paid in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative. Risk passes on delivery to the address you supply. It is your responsibility to provide an address where temperature-sensitive goods can be received and refrigerated promptly.

5. Acceptable use

You may use products only for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. You may not resell, repackage or supply them for human or veterinary use.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for experimental outcomes, indirect losses or losses arising from misuse or improper storage.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
