How we use it

We use your data to process and dispatch orders, provide documentation such as certificates of analysis, answer enquiries, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and — only where you have opted in — send batch release and restock updates.

Order processing relies on performance of a contract; record keeping on legal obligation; marketing email on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with our delivery carrier, payment processor and hosting provider. We never sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are retained for six years to satisfy UK accounting requirements. Marketing consents are retained until withdrawn.

Your rights
