Our minimum specification is 99% by reverse-phase HPLC. Lots below specification are rejected rather than sold.

Do you provide a certificate of analysis?

Yes. A batch-specific COA covering appearance, purity, identity and net peptide content ships with every order and is available in advance on request.

How should vials be stored?

Store lyophilised vials at 2–8°C away from light. Reconstituted material should be aliquoted and kept frozen, and used within the timeframe appropriate to your protocol.

How quickly do orders ship?

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day on a tracked service. Shipping is £4.95, or free over £150.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card payment is being enabled. In the meantime orders are recorded as pending payment and we email bank transfer instructions immediately after checkout.

What if a vial arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number and we will replace the affected vials.
